ebay、paypalでの支払い方法

　はじめてebayを利用します。

と表示されます。paypalはアカウントをとってあり、ebayとリンクも済ませてるはずなんですが、ebayへの送金にも金額は表れませんですし、どうのような手順で支払いするのでしょうか？
paypalのステータスが日本関連-未承認なんですが、ここが承認済でないとリンクされないのでしょうか？
