いつも御世話になります。
下記の英文、訳を考えていますが如何せん普段法律関係とはあまり縁の
ない仕事をしているゆえ、内容が理解できずにいます…。ご助言お願い
致します。

【英文】The beneficial owner is not an individual, derives
the item (or items) of income for which the treaty benefits
are claimed, and, if applicable, meets the requirements of the
treaty provision dealing with limitations on benefits.

【訳文】受益者は個人ではなく、租税条約が要求された場合、
商品から得られる利益？？そしてもしそれが適用された場合、
特典条項に応じた条約規定の要求に応じなくてはならない？

当該実質所有者は、

is not an individual,
個人ではなく、

derives the item (or items) of income for which the treaty benefits are claimed,
（租税）条約上の優遇措置が請求されている項目の所得があり、

and, if applicable, meets the requirements of the
treaty provision dealing with limitations on benefits.
（そのような規定の適用がある場合は）優遇措置の制限に関する（租税）条約上の要件を満たしている。
